Do you think this life is all there is, or is death just the beginning? 

And if there is life beyond death, how could we know? 

You may be surprised to learn that this was something debated at the time of Jesus among his own people. 

There was a leading and influential group of priests known as the Sadducees, and they believed death was the end--this life is the only one we've got. 

This Sunday we're going to look at a provacative question they asked Jesus--a question about a supposed afterlife they thought would make Jesus look ridiculous.  

Join us this Sunday as we look at the insightful response Jesus gave as he described the resurrection of the dead. 

And together we'll see how we can do more than simply wish there is life beyond the grave, but to know this as an established fact and to anchor our lives to this reality.
