Learning to trust God when life is messy is tough, isn't it? 

In chapter 3 of the book of Ruth, we see Naomi thinking she knows what God is up to, and then devises a risky plan to help God's plan along that could turn out disastrous, endangering the safety of her daughter-in-law. As we'll see, everything rests on the kindness of the worthy man named Boaz, a man who in the ancient world was called a kinsman-redeemer.

Join us this Sunday as we think about what it means to trust God when life is messy, resting and waiting for his purposes to come to pass in our lives. After all, this trust is well founded in the God who works all things--the good, the bad, and the ugly--for his purposes and for our ultimate good.
