Governor Greg Abbott's executive order requires all Texans to wear a face covering in public spaces.

Therefore the leadership of Mercy Hill Church is requiring all participants 10 years of age and older to wear a face covering while attending our worship service at the Hilton Garden Inn (this is a requirement of our hotel as well).

Please read through this page for our protocols so you know what to expect as we gather for worship at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Here is a copy of our worship service to print out to bring along with you.

And here is what we'll be studying in the Scriptures this Sunday...

Graphic - Luke 10.38-42 (One Thing Necessary).001

As the famous line from the Broadway musical Hamilton puts it, "There's a million things I haven't done; just you wait!"

In the musical, the line has reference to Alexander Hamilton's ambitious plans for his future.

But the line can be descriptive of our heart's attitude to God. In other words, we're busy--crazy busy--and centering our lives on Him can wait.

In this study taken from the life of Jesus in the Gospel of Luke, we're going to see Jesus acknowledging that there are a million things that distract us--that cause us to be anxious and even worry--but there is one thing that's necessary.

We'll take a look at the one thing Jesus considers necessary--one thing that doesn't sit as the first to do on our check list, but puts the million things we haven't done into perspective.

So join us Sunday as we consider our crazy busy lives and the one thing, according to Jesus, that's necessary.

We hope to see you Sunday at 10am at the Hilton Garden Inn or live through our Facebook stream!
