Scripture: Luke 22:35–53

Slides - Luke 22.35-53 (Not My Will But Yours Be Done).001

In this study, we investigate Jesus' instructions to his disciples as they prepare for the moment when Judas the Traitor arrives to betray Jesus into the hands of the authorities.

Specifically we look at Jesus' instructions to his disciples to secure swords.

Does that strike you as odd? Why would the Prince of peace tell his disciples to arm themselves? What is he expecting them to do?

Join us in this study as we dig in to the greatest testing that both Jesus and his disciples have faced to date as the moment of darkness closes in upon them.
