You’re going to see that when you cross that line into faith in Jesus, not only does he grant you eternal life and relationship with the Creator, but he also desires to bring you into a new community of his followers who are there for each other and live into the new way of being human that Jesus desires for us.

Specifically, you’re going to see that part of God’s design for you is to be in a mutually encouraging community that is able to instruct and counsel each other, so that you don't have to go it alone. 

And you’re going to be reminded that you’re not meant to be a lone ranger in following Jesus, but God has so designed it that you need the counsel of other believers to encourage you in your life-long apprenticeship with Jesus. You’re also going to see how God desires and equips you to encourage others in the faith too.
