In this study of Ecclesiastes, we dive deep into the "unhappy business" that God has given to the children of man which can only make sense if we undertand the original "happy business" that God entrusted humanity with. 

We learn that life east of Eden is a heavy burdened life in the sense that apart from our Creator, there is an endless search for happiness, meaning, significance. 

And it's against this backdrop that the Good News of Jesus stands out all the brighter. "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).
