In this study of the letter to the Philippians, we'll note how Paul continues his counsel on finding peace in the storms of life. Specifically, he gives counsel on what to do with our minds when anxiety attacks. 

Our world tells us to empty our minds to find peace, but Jesus' apostle tells us to fill our minds with some very important things--things found in the person of Jesus and his coming kingdom. And when that happens, God's peace--not some kind of generic peace we manufacture on our own--but peace from the God of peace will be with us, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
