Governor Greg Abbott's executive order requires all Texans to wear a face covering in public spaces.

Therefore the leadership of Mercy Hill Church is requiring all participants 10 years of age and older to wear a face covering while attending our worship service at the Hilton Garden Inn (this is a requirement of our hotel as well).

Please read through this page for our protocols so you know what to expect as we gather for worship at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Here is a copy of our worship service to print out to bring along with you.

And here is what we'll be studying in the Scriptures this Sunday...

Question: What if you could have everything you've ever wanted, but didn't have the ability to enjoy it?

This Sunday at Mercy Hill, we're back in Ecclesiastes as we continue our study of the wisdom this ancient book that Jesus himself read, studied, and prayed through--a book that helped form His identity and mission.

In this section of Ecclesiastes, the ancient Sage tells us that joy is real, but it comes as a gift from God.

In other words, joy doesn't come with a price tag.

We can't buy it. It's not inherent in things we accumulate. Money, wealth, possessions cannot bestow upon us the ability to enjoy them.

So grapsing for it in the accumulation of things is like grasping after the wind.

As Jesus said, Life doesn't consist in the abundance of possessions.

But life AND the ability to enjoy life comes as a gift of God.

Join us this Sunday online or in person as we think about joy in a world where everything seems like a vapor.

See you at 10am!
