Governor Greg Abbott's executive order requires all Texans to wear a face covering in public spaces.

Therefore the leadership of Mercy Hill Church is requiring all participants 10 years of age and older to wear a face covering while attending our worship service at the Hilton Garden Inn (this is a requirement of our hotel as well).

Please read through this page for our protocols so you know what to expect as we gather for worship at the Hilton Garden Inn.

And here is what we'll be studying in the Scriptures this Sunday...

Image - Luke 10.1-16

This Sunday at Mercy Hill, we'll resume our study in the historical biography of the life of Jesus known as the Gospel according to Luke.

In chapter 9, Jesus has set his face like flint to make the long march to Jerusalem where he will give his life to make atonement for the sins of his people and to be crowned as the King to whom all authority in heaven and on earth will be given.

Now in chapter 10, there is a sense of urgency in that pervades this moment captured by Luke.

Jesus sends out advance teams to prepare the towns to receive him as he makes his final push towards Jerusalem.

This is the last time that he will preach to them about the Kingdom of God, and if they don’t respond to this message from the Prince of Peace, it may be too late for them.

Join us this Sunday as we see Jesus' continual heartbeat for the Kingdom of God, his instructions to pray to the Lord of the harvest, and his entrusting his message of peace and reconciliation to people like us.
